Throughout my career, I have always followed my clients step by step, from the initial search to the conclusion of the purchase , creating solid professional relationships based on trust. When I did not have the right property, I would research the market thoroughly and collaborate with colleagues from other companies, an approach that has always led to positive results. In Italy, in fact, agency commissions are due by law from both buyers and sellers.

However, once I arrived in Switzerland, I noticed a clear difference: here, in general, the buyer does not pay commissions, which are paid by the seller. While at first glance this is for sure an economic advantage, it can lead to several complications. Agencies tend to cooperate poorly with each other and, often, as a client, one finds oneself interacting with several agents who only offer properties they manage directly.

It is a frustrating experience: I remember visiting thirteen flats for rent in two days, interfacing with nine different companies. This situation is emblematic of the problem: if a buyer, perhaps from abroad and with little time available, wants to visit several properties, he has to manage a complicated schedule alone and hope that there are no setbacks.

That is why I decided to create a service dedicated exclusively to buyers. I wanted to offer an alternative to traditional estate agents: a single point of reference that was always on the buyer’s side, guaranteeing impartial and transparent representation.
